Plain-language terms for using Delegai. By using the website, the bot, our channels or our materials, you agree to these terms.
What Delegai is
Delegai publishes tested prompts and materials about using AI at work: on delegai.pro, in our Telegram channels, in the @delegaii_bot bot, by email and on social media. We also set up AI for business tasks as a separate paid service.
Free materials
You can use the guide, posts and carousels in your own work for free: copy the prompts, adapt them, share links. You may not present our materials as your own, resell them, or republish them in full without a link to Delegai.
AI output is your responsibility
Prompts help you get better results from AI, but AI makes mistakes with numbers, facts, legal and financial questions. Check the result yourself before using it. Our materials are not legal, tax or financial advice.
Third-party services
We write about ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other services, but we don't control them. Their prices, limits and features may change, and their own terms apply when you use them.
Paid service
We agree on the scope, price, timeline and payment terms with you in writing before any work starts. Submitting a request on the website doesn't commit either of us to anything.
Our TikTok and other social media
To publish on our TikTok accounts we use TikTok's official API (Content Posting API). We only use it to upload content to Delegai's own accounts. We don't access other people's accounts and don't post anything on their behalf.
Acceptable use
Don't send spam, other people's personal data without their consent, or harmful links through our forms or bot. We may block access to the bot and the newsletter for anyone who breaks these rules.
Limitation of liability
Materials are provided “as is”. We work to keep them accurate and up to date, but we are not liable for losses resulting from the use of free materials or AI output. Liability for the paid service is set by the agreement with each client.

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll announce them in our Telegram channel and newsletter.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
